Su is a freelance arts worker, financial wrangler and filmmaker. She has worked in varying capacities as a performer, writer, set maker, carpenter, builder, arts manager and producer. Her feature documentary The Last Goldfish, premiered at the 2017 Sydney Film Festival and is currently streaming on Stan, Binge and Prime. Su led the UNSW Esme Timbery Creative Practice Lab for twenty years, until 2021 and is currently an Adjunct Associate Lecturer in the School of the Arts and Media at UNSW. Su is Performing Lines accounts person, and is the producer of CREATION, a queer, insurrectionary, climate change, science fiction religion as an art work, instigated by artist Deborah Kelly. CREATION has appeared at the MCA, Sydney Opera House, New Annual Festival, a number of regional art galleries and is part of the 2024 EDGE festival and Sydney Biennale performance program.
