Sharlini joined PACT mid 2022 as an intern, currently studying Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Theatre and Performance studies and Business (UNSW). Now promoted to office coordinator and assistant producer, Sharlini is interest in performance art and supporting emerging artists to develop innovative new work that pushes boundaries in daring and subversive ways, while developing her own capabilities as a creative producer.

In her role at PACT, Sharlini liases with artists and performers regarding contracts, support, access and inclusion, undertakes budget preparation and preparation of production schedules and runs our front of house coordinating, including rostering and management of front-of-house staff,  stock-taking, and preparation of sponsorship materials.
