Associates

PACT often engages established artists (associates) as mentors to emerging artists.   PACT's network of associates extend to some of the best artists in Australia with a diverse range of practices and interests. We've profiled just a few of these artists so far but more will be added soon.

Artists that have worked with PACT in the past include: Martin del Amo, Rosie Dennis, Andrew Morrish, Jeff Stein, Emma Saunders, Julie-Ann Long, Caitlin Newton-Broad, Chris Ryan, Tony Osborne, Nikki Heywood, Amanda Stewart, Paul Capsis, Kathy Cogill, Lizzie Thompson, Nigel Kellaway, Karen Therese, Lee Wilson, Mirabelle Wouters, Margery Smith, Carlos Gomes, Barbara Campbell, Vicki Van Hout, Gail Priest, Claire Edwardes, Kate Gaul, David Williams.

A few years ago Janie Gibson, said she wanted to work with Paul Capsis, tracked down his number, organised a meeting and he mentored the first stage development of Whale Chorus. So shoot for the stars... 

 

Emerging Artists

Over the past 15 years in particular there have been a number of amazing artists and companies who learnt their trade, began collaborating together, met or "emerged through PACT.  This includes artists like Sam James, David Williams - Version 1.0 - Clare Britton and Halcyon Macleod - My Darling Patricia - Sarah Rodrigari and Madeline Hodge - Panther to name only a few.
